Spine Flexibility
Suitable for almost anyone. Move your spine to keep it fluid and strong. Can be done on the floor or in a chair.
HippYin
In this class we will get deep into the hips! grab a thick blanket or bolster, lay out your practice mat, and settle in with me!

This class is designed to get you breathing and moving even amidst a busy day.
Maitri Yin
Maitri means loving kindness and is synonymous with Ahimsa, the first of the Yamas as described in Patanjali's Yoga Sutras. Grab two blocks or two rolled up towels or blankets. Class will focus on shoulders, which represent Love and Kindness, but will touch on opening the feet and hips. Enjoy!
Simple Yin
This is a 50-minute yin yoga flow. All you need is a yoga mat, rug, or comfortable blanket and a block, cushion, or folded up blanket. This class is meant to get you into some simple shapes and breathe any time of the day. Let me know what you think… I appreciate you!
